Caitlin was born 4/29/89 at U-Wisconsin-Madison, and was with us for 7 years before she died at age 15 (October, 2004). She was mother to 5 monkeys: Ophelia, Olympia, Dante, and twins Sebastian and Viola (the last born at Carleton, Dec 25, 1998).

Caitlin was a very curious monkey, and was involved in a number of our early studies, including mirror recognition, animal kinds categories, gaze direction, and object permanence. She was also a very good mother, and kept her little family in line.
