There are two patch change lines. One is correct, one is not. Line 39 is in the correct format using one data byte. Line 41 is incorrect. There there is an extra data2 byte. MIDIDisplay requires the extra patch change byte for playback. Standard MIDI Files choke on it.
Delete row 41 by right clicking on the 41 and choosing Delete from the popup menu.
