Voice 2 starts when Voice 1 is at measure 5. Measure 5 begins at time 17000 ((4 measures * 4 beats * 1000 ms) + 1000 ms). If you add 16000 to all Voice 1 times, voice 2 will start at 17000, the beginning of measure 5.
Enter this formula in E2: =A2+16000
Copy to remaining cells in column E and Paste Special by Values into A2.
Change voice 2 to MIDI channel 2.
Select all of Column B by clicking on the B. As long a column B is selected the find and replace will be confined to column B. Choose Replace from the Edit menu. When the Find dialog opens, click the Replace button. Make sure "Find entire cells only" is checked. Find 90 and replace with 91.
Repeat to replace 80 with 81.
Repeat to replace B0 with B1.
